What is MyBOB?
MyBOB is your book of business in one place. Instead of logging into eight carrier portals to see your numbers, you see every carrier side by side — with trends, goals, and client birthdays.
How do I add my numbers?
Go to My Book, pick the month and carrier, and type in your active policy count. It takes seconds, and the dashboard updates instantly.
What does "Pull my numbers" do?
For supported carriers, MyBOB signs into the carrier portal and pulls your active member count for you — no typing. Connect your own portal login on the Carriers page once, and MyBOB refreshes your numbers every night automatically; you can also tap Pull my numbers anytime for a fresh pull. Your login is stored encrypted in the app and only ever used for your own pulls — never another agent's login, never another agent's book.
Which carriers support auto-pull?
Devoted Health and Humana support auto-pull. More carriers are being added — anything without auto-pull yet just uses manual entry in the meantime.
What are Goals?
Set a year-end book-size target and how many policies you want to write this year. MyBOB breaks them into monthly targets and shows your progress with a green check when you hit one.
What is the Plan finder?
A quick reference of Medicare Advantage and Part D plans by ZIP or county, built from public CMS data — plan names, premiums, star ratings, and plan changes. Reference only: always verify benefits and premiums with the carrier before quoting a client.
What birthday info do you keep?
Just names and month/day — never birth years. Enough to never miss a client's birthday, nothing more.
Is my book private?
Yes. Your workspace is yours alone. We never sell your data and never share your numbers with carriers, agencies, or advertisers.
How much does MyBOB cost?
$15/month or $120/year. Early access is free while billing is being set up — we'll let you know before anything is ever charged.
